BORN AND RAISED A TENNESSEE KID…

My name is Cassidy Cockrell I am a University of Memphis student with a major in advertising and a minor in political science. I expect to graduate in December 2019 with bachelor in arts. Throughout my time at the University of Memphis I have gained a lot of experience to prepare me for the workforce. I served as the social media representative for the executive board of Generation Action, which is a planned parenthood affiliated club on campus. Additionally, I am an active member in the American Advertising Federation at The University of Memphis. I competed in the 2019 National Student Advertising Competition on the experiential marketing team. I enjoy planning and creating experiences, and I hope to be able to combine that with my education in Advertising to promote brands in the future. I am a lover of all things Memphis, in my free time I love to explore the city. I often attend local festivals, concerts and sporting events. My other hobbies include practicing yoga, going to the park with my puppies Margot and Ozzy and cooking with my friends.
